About this activity
St Thomas Bay is one of the calmest and most sheltered spots on Malta's south coast, making it ideal for kayaking. Clear, shallow water lets you see the seabed below, and the rocky edges of the bay hide caves, arches and small swimming coves that are only accessible by kayak. Rent a solo kayak for 1 hour or stay out for up to 5 hours. A basic briefing is given on departure. Minimum age 16 for solo paddling; children younger than 16 can join in a double kayak with an adult.
