Why Malta Is Perfect for Water Sports
Malta has over 300 days of sunshine per year and sea temperatures that reach 28°C in summer — ideal conditions for water sports from May to October. The south-east coast, where we operate, features calm sheltered bays, dramatic limestone sea caves, and turquoise water with visibility up to 30 metres.
St Thomas Bay in Marsaskala is one of Malta's best-protected bays, making it a natural base for water activities even on days when the open sea is choppy. It's 25 minutes from Valletta, 20 minutes from the airport, and has free parking right next to the water.
We operate year-round. In summer the focus is on jet skis, kayaks and SUP. In spring and autumn the sea conditions are often perfect for longer boat tours to the Blue Grotto, Gozo and Comino.
