Malta Explorers (maltaexplorers.com) is an online booking platform for water sports and marine activities in Malta. We act as an intermediary and promoter — we facilitate your reservation but we are not the activity operator. The activities are operated by licensed, insured local providers.

1. You reserve your activity online by selecting a date, time and the relevant options.
2. You pay a deposit online (17% of the activity price plus a service fee). This secures your slot.
3. You pay the remaining balance directly to the activity provider on the day, at the meeting point.

• Displayed prices are per booking, not per person, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Jet ski prices vary by the number of riders (1 or 2 riders). You select this during the booking process, and the price updates accordingly.
• All prices are shown in euros (EUR).

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Malta Explorers never stores your card details. The deposit is non-refundable once the slot is reserved, as your time slot is then held exclusively for you and removed from availability.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Date or time changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email. Changes cannot always be guaranteed.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• If the provider cancels due to bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

• Arrive at the meeting point 10–15 minutes early.
• Bring a valid photo ID for check-in.
• Follow all safety instructions given by the activity staff.
• Meet the minimum age and health requirements for each activity.
• No alcohol before water activities.
• Malta Explorers and its partners reserve the right to refuse participation if a customer appears unfit, intoxicated, or unable to participate safely.

Malta Explorers is a booking facilitator. All activities are carried out by licensed, insured local operators. Water sports and marine activities carry inherent risk. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Malta Explorers is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the activities.

For excursions such as the Comino & Blue Lagoon day trip, Malta Explorers sells the excursion ticket only. The excursion itself — the vessel, the crew, the departure and return times, the route and everything that takes place during the day — is provided, operated and supervised entirely by the excursion operator, under their own licences, insurance and terms of carriage.

Malta Explorers does not operate the excursion and is not responsible for how it is conducted, for changes to the itinerary or timetable, or for any incident occurring during it. Anything that arises on the day should be raised with the excursion staff at the time; we will of course help you in whatever way we can.

The government entry pass for Comino is not included in the ticket and must be obtained separately by each guest before travelling.

All content on maltaexplorers.com — including text, images, branding, design and code — is owned by Malta Explorers and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.

Malta Explorers may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
